Olivia Goldstein

Olivia Goldstein is the Chief Executive Officer of Upstate Venture Connect, where she leads the nonprofit's mission to support high-growth companies across Upstate New York. She brings nearly 15 years of B2B software experience, having advised international tech firms on entering the U.S. market and led international product growth for a Bangalore-based software startup.

Olivia co-founded RepHike, a marketing platform that helped brands identify and collaborate with brand ambassadors. After relocating the company to Buffalo, she guided it through to its acquisition by a Syracuse group in 2019. She also serves as a General Partner at StartFast Ventures, investing in B2B SaaS companies.

She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A. in International Relations from the Institute of World Politics.
