AboutMeg Kelly is a seasoned startup operator who has been building and scaling early-stage companies since 2018, and serves as UVC's Western NY Community Advocate. Her experience spans B2B and consumer SaaS, e-commerce, and consumer products, in roles including Operations Manager, Director of Operations, COO, and Chief of Staff.
She specializes in partnering with founders to bring order to chaos — building the systems, teams, and infrastructure that support growth. Meg has contributed to the startup ecosystem through UB Cultivator, Upstate Capital Association, and BootSector, and currently works with multiple Western New York startups in a fractional capacity.
Her focus areas include creating clarity in dynamic environments, strengthening internal operations, and supporting startup community development.
