Hailee Greene

Hailee Greene is UVC's Chief Growth Officer and the founder and Chief Everything Officer of GreeneAcres Processing, a seed-to-solution company building the industrial hemp supply chain. GreeneAcres grows and processes industrial hemp into fiber and hurd for manufactured goods, positioning itself as the first large-scale hemp fiber processor in New York State.

Her background spans entrepreneurship and political consulting. After graduating from Drew University, she spent over a decade in politics — working with candidates at the local, state, and presidential levels, including as Tri-State Director for Governor Jay Inslee's 2019 presidential campaign — before founding the consulting firm GreeneStrat, which has since pivoted from politics to helping small businesses and startups.

Hailee earned her MBA from Cornell University in 2024, developing GreeneAcres through the Johnson Summer Startup Accelerator, Blackstone Launchpad Fellowship, eLab Accelerator, and GreenTech Innovation Fellowship. Outside of work she competes in dressage — holding a USDF Silver Medal — and enjoys hiking the Ithaca gorges with her partner and dalmatian.
