Cindy Sideris

Cindy Sideris joined UVC as Director of Operations in 2024 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. She previously was Senior Platform Manager at 43North, where she managed founder requests, co-hosted a podcast, facilitated partnerships, and executed programs including Fly in a VC and the organization's inaugural Alumni Summit.

Cindy brings extensive experience from twelve years in New York City at a theatrical marketing startup, followed by more than eight years in fundraising and development at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She also runs West 3rd Creative, providing copywriting for startups and venture capital firms, and has been a lyricist member of the BMI Musical Theatre Workshop since 2018.

She holds an MBA in Entertainment, Media and Technology from NYU Stern School of Business, along with a BA in Theater and a BS in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. An Oswego native, she lives in Buffalo with her family and rescue dog.
